2010 NBA Draft Results, Grades: Live Blogging and Grading the Picks

Welcome to Bleacher Report's live blog of the 2010 NBA draft!  This is Bryan Toporek, live from Washington D.C., ready to spend the night live-blogging the draft and grading draft picks with you all.

4:34 P.M.: For what it's worth, I may live in D.C. (and now apparently have years of Hinrich to look forward to?), but I was born in Philly; therefore, I'm a Sixers fan at heart.  If the Sixers don't draft Evan Turner with the No. 2 pick, there's a 50 percent chance I'm catatonic for picks 3-5.  Just thought I'd give you fair warning.

4:19 P.M.: Well, that didn't take long, did it?  It looks like we've got our first major trade of the day: ESPN is reporting that the Bulls will be sending Kirk Hinrich and the No. 17 pick to the Wizards in return for…TBD.

Draft Intro: Yes, draft night is finally here.  It's the night where a franchise can make or break its fortune with one genius pick or one tragic misstep.  (Just ask Portland or Detroit about tragic draft missteps and their long-term effects.)

Will your team have a night of celebration, or an evening of mourning?  There's only one way to find out.

Tonight isn't only about the draft.  As we've seen in the past few days, teams have been burning up the phone lines in anticipation of July 1, when the most hyped free agent class of all time finally hits the open market.

Expect the trade action to only get faster and more furious as the hours tick down until the draft.

TV coverage of the 2010 NBA draft kicks off at 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN.  Stay tuned here for any and all draft-related news—I'll be providing any major updates from now through 6:15, and the live blogging will begin shortly after 6:00!  Hope to see you then!

One final note: I'll try to make this as interactive as possible.  Fire out your thoughts below, or direct your comments to me on Twitter (www.twitter.com/btoporek).
